The Wild Flour Bakery is a unique natural artisan bakery, located in the Bison Courtyard. Our menu has a wide range of delectable treats, including vegan,
dairy& gluten-free options, just ask our knowledgeable staff!

Open 7am – 6 daily. Friday nights open late, live music from 7-9pm!

We specialize in baking fresh muffins, scones, cookies, locally famous croissants, cakes, pies and nourishing bars everyday. Our lunch menu includes a wide range of wholesome sandwiches and hearty vegan soups & salads.

We believe in using the finest organic and natural ingredients to craft our products, and we buy from local suppliers to help support our community. We make everything from scratch in our kitchen to ensure the nutrition and quality of our products.

Our coffee is 100% organic and Fair-Trade and we use locally roasted coffee beans for the freshest cup of coffee possible. Our Barista’s are enthusiastic and well-trained to make your favorite drink just the way you like it.

Each day we hand craft our bread using organic whole grain flours following strict artisan traditions. Each loaf is baked on a stone hearth in our oven which produces a firm crunchy crust, and a moist inside.
